Do I come to your house?

SpaLodge is situated in my side garden, when you arrive, park on Gleneagles Ave at either side of the road and come up the lane at the Postbox you will see SpaLodge in my side garden, just walk down the path at the front of my house and I will be inside at reception waiting on you. Please don't park at the entrance to my house, it is very tight and our driveway is used continually throughout the day.

Is there parking available?

Yes, free on-street parking is available on both side of Gleneagles Avenue just as you drive in to the estate off Eastfield Road. Please don't park on the grass.

Is there a toilet in SpaLodge?

Yes, SpaLodge has a luxurious toilet / shower room with Neals Yard Remedy Products

Can I bring a friend with me, do you have a waiting area?

We do have a small reception area, so a friend can attend if need be.

Do you do treatments for male clients?

Unfortunately no, the SpaLodge treatments were created for a female clientele only. 

Do you offer a deep tissue massage?

No, SpaLodge treatments are more relaxing, luxurious and tranquil.

Do you do treatments for pregnant ladies?

Yes, the Hydrotherm Pregnancy is suitable for after 12 weeks of pregnancy but no later than 34 weeks.

Can I pay with my bank card?

No, unfortunately due to poor reception issues inside SpaLodge, I can only accept bank transfer or cash.

How long are you booked up  in advance?

I am usually booked up 4-6 weeks in advance, weekends and evenings are most popular, so to avoid disappointment, please book as far in advance as possible. If I get any cancellations, I always post them on Facebook. 

Do you sell Gift Vouchers for SpaLodge?

Unfortunately, I've stopped selling Gift Vouchers, as an owner/operator business, I felt it was unfair for voucher recipients to wait sometimes many weeks for an appointment.

What do I do if I can't make my arranged appointment?

I totally understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an appointment but please can I request as much notice as possible to give me a chance to offer your appointment to someone else. If an appointment is cancelled with less that 24hrs notice, 50% of the booked treatment will be charged if I can't get the slot filled. Any no shows will incur a full payment.

Please can I respectively request that you either leave your phone in your car or alternatively turn it off for the full duration of your treatment to ensure you get the full benefit of the treatment you so deserve.

Aftercare recommendations

Please remember to drink plenty of water after your treatment and continue to relax for at least 1 hour afterwards.
